A can (12oz) of pepsi has 150 calories, if you were to drink 6 oz of it you would be consuming 75 calories??..., So the point I'm trying to make is this you "CAN" have soda every day if you'd like, but it's all about portions, enjoy it but in moderation and you "CAN" still lose weight...
